JCI is a product consisting of two major components:
- A powerful customisable platform and framework for developing many types of applications, with a focus on service and billing.
- A suite of ready-to-use adaptable applications primarily in the Service, Support and billing segment.
JCI is powered by a SQL database and its core features is an inbox on the opening page, convert quote to job card and job card to invoice. It has ready built integrations into reports, graphs, SMS, print, email to fax and email amongst others
